Service Description

• Sports Massage Therapy: Assists in alleviating muscle soreness and improving overall recovery and performance. Targets muscles that are heavily utilized in a specific sport to improve range of motion and flexibility to support safe and effective movement. Can include other soft tissue mobilization techniques including cupping, IASTM, and deep tissue percussion. • Stretching Therapy: Focus on specific muscle groups to help alleviate muscle tightness and enhance range of motion and flexibility. • Normatec Compression Therapy: Utilizes compressed air to massage leg muscles in order to improve circulation, flexibility and improve muscle recovery. Great post workout! • Contrast Therapy: Hot and cold therapy for reducing inflammation and enhancing circulation. Use it before or after treatment to assist in improved mobility and decreased soreness. Book a recovery session with us so that we can help you reach your peak performance levels!
